These extravagant concrete staircases at Parkside have been completely clad in timber to create incredibly elaborate & fascinating twists and curves throughout each floor.
Set over four levels, each staircase is stacked over each other & linked with curved balcony railings and with every stairs brings a host of variations in amazing features & characteristics.
From the specialised spindles to the spectacular double entry volutes & curved tread fronts - every aspect of these staircases has been meticulously planned, seamlessly executed & professionally finished with outstanding results.
Featuring a sophisticated & modern style, the staircases are crafted with white washed oak treads, French-polished oak handrails & handcrafted Patino & Nano finish steel spindles, complemented perfectly with painted risers, strings & well aprons.
As with every concrete staircase, we start by performing a 3D laser measure of each stair & balcony, which is then transferred into our various software programmes before the drawing & designing commences.
