We approached Bavari initially to make us some bespoke staircases for a house we were renovating. Ryan spent ages on the initial call going through ideas with us. We also needed some bespoke arch top doors and frames in oak. Nobody locally was interested in the work or gave us ridiculous prices. Ryan and Avaline gave us suggestions of what might work and we took it from there. They both visited the house in Durham to go over things and brought a sectional sample of the door suggestion. It was great having something to touch rather than looking at pictures.
Nothing was a problem to Bavari, they fit the job in around us and always kept us up dated with progress. In the end we bought three stair cases, around 30 internal and external doors and ordered a lot of lengths of bespoke skirting. Bavari’s attention to detail is second to none. I’m a perfectionist and I can’t pick any faults with their craftsmanship. I never expected things such as doors to get so much attention by visitors. The Bavari Team are polite, professional and tidy. They just come and get on. They were a pleasure to have in our house.

Bavari were in charge of the stair furnishing for our project, a high-end residential property in London. The project was very complex, with 3 flights of pre-cast concrete spiral stairs with a free-hand design, a nightmare to set out and execute.
Bavari put forward a proposal to clad the treads, risers and stringers in preformed sections (the finishes of the stairs was timber treads and painted risers).
I had never seen or heard of this way of doing it, but Ryan explained it to us and the efficiency of the process and how confident they were on their work sold us to the idea.
It went better than we expected. The production process finished on time, and the 3 flights were cladded in a week! Only required an extra visit a few months after the first one to put the final spindles and the handrail. I will definitely hire Bavari again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Once completed even the other tradesman commented on the precision, level of detail and professional demeanor. The finished product is exactly how I imagined. There was no surprises! The stairs is in the Centre of my home with glass partitions so its visible from every part of the house and is commented on by numerous people.
