Coombe Hill
BAVARI had the privilege on working on this amazing project in Coombe Pines, Kingston Upon Thames with one of our regular building contractors & architects which consequently won a prestigious NHBC Quality Award in 2016 for its innovation & workmanship throughout the property.
BAVARI were commissioned to manufacture three bespoke staircases, circular void & square void balconies and all internal & external timber mouldings; architrave, skirting, door plinth blocks, panel moulds, dado rail, window surround moulds & curved architraves.
The modern classical design of the staircases features European Oak treads & handrail with painted spindles, risers and stringers.
The main stairs features stunning side bracket detailing under each tread and to add a quirky flare to the design the simple square spindles are alternately twisted 45 degrees and painted red to contrast from the panelling and stair sides.
It was an honour to work with such an exceptional team of builders, architects and designers on a beautiful house like Coombe Pines. It gives us the opportunity to showcase some of the finer detail in our work at a truly luxurious level.
Every aspect of this house was thoroughly researched and each detail is carefully incorporated with amazing results. Congratulations to all involved in making Coombe Pines an award winning residence.
